1. GET A SAMPLE PACK
Before ordering, why not request a FREE sample pack and try before you buy?2. GET IN TOUCH
For security reasons we do not allow customers to create their own account online. Just get in touch with us and an account manager will be assigned who deals with your order from beginning to delivery. They will set up an account for you to send production parts by FTP and track your order online.3. SEND YOUR ORDER
You can send your order electronically by secure FTP or mail us parts on CD. Your account manager will give you more information.4. TRACK AND TRACE
You can track your orders at any time with your private username and password at http://www.mobineko.com/support. Mobineko's NEW tracking system now even lets you trace packages all the way to your door by connecting with our shipping partners.5. VINYL PROCESSING TIMES - READ CAREFULLY!
With correct artwork and masters Mobineko can press most vinyl orders in around THREE WEEKS (white labels) or FIVE WEEKS (printed labels/sleeves). Add another TWO WEEKS minimum for test pressings production and approval.However, there are a huge number of things that can go wrong with a vinyl order. Please get your order in well on time and allow 4-6 weeks for pressing. We will not accept any responsibility for missed deadlines etc. If you have a tour, release party etc. then it is your responsibility to plan at least several months in advance.
6. CD PROCESSING TIMES
Mobineko offers no express service for CD pressing - we are already one of the fastest CD manufacturers with a 1 week turnaround for most products and NEW 3-day DHL Global Express shipping as standard!Bulk CDs: 5-7 days // CDs + Printed Wallets 7-10 days // Retail CDs: 7-10 days
Superpacks: 7-10 days
>>> For example, we receive your press ready audio, artwork and order form(s) on Monday for a bulk press. The order will be processed same day and prepared for pressing on Tuesday. One week from this day is the following Tuesday, and you can then expect for your CDs to land around Monday or Tuesday two weeks from your original order date. Please note customs inspection etc. can hold up your shipment and we have no control over any transport delays.
